You ever thought about light bondage?
What do you think of when you hear bondage? Are you thinking of people in heavy leather outfits, smacking each other around in dark, wet dungeons? Do you think of loud noises and barking orders and people on all fours? Do those thoughts turn you on anyway? :-). What I’m getting as is, even the most vanilla (or strawberry) of couples can enjoy light bondage play. You don’t need to be a welder to create your own bondage gear, either.
Bondage products are available in a beginner’s format. They are usually made of materials like soft faux leather and neoprene. They wrap around the body and use Velcro (for example) to lock. They are made to be very comfortable and to allow partners to engage in a play designed around being dominant or submissive. Imagine having your partner bound to the bed, while you run a tickler over them. Or having them locked to the headboard on their stomach, while you hoist their waist into the air and give it to them doggy style.
Women, imagine that your man is bound by his wrists and can’t stroke himself while you do the most erotic of strip teases. Men, imagine that your girl is locked to the bed while you use a vibrator to make her orgasm again and again (and again, you smooth devil you!).
Of course, with all bondage play, there comes safety. Main point is to always make sure that your partner is comfortable. That’s why you have what’s called a safeword. This word can be any code word you two agree on that will immediately tell the other that things are getting a bit too rough. As long as that phrase isn’t “Oh, God!” or “That feels good”, you’re in pretty good shape to pick anything.
Why not give light bondage a try? If you have given it a whirl (or a spank or a flog), leave a comment and tell us about it. Tell us a story, we like stories.
