Music and your sex life…5
I like to talk about music quite a bit because music can really do things for a mood. Look at how it influences how you react in a movie or a video game. Nowadays, music is getting so important that commercials that feature prominent songs are naming what songs they are down at the bottom of the screen. Shows like “Glee” are becoming such a hit, musicians would jump at the chance to have their music featured somewhere in the show.
And then, there’s sex.
Everyone know THAT scene: the soft light, candles lit, couple of pieces of steak, veggies and mashed potatoes on the plate… and that soft music in the background. Be it Marvin Gaye, the Temptations or, if you want to be more current, Usher or Boyz II Men, music has done quite a lot to set the mood. I have even heard of couples who like to hear loud rock when having sex. I can see that… the strong, chords; the thrashing vocals… combine that with some hot and sweaty bedroom action and it would definitely be one your nosy neighbor would remember.
Even if you were to purchase a dance pole (see previous post), music helps set the atmosphere for the tantalizing visual display that you’re going to put on for your partner.
So let’s talk music for a second. What music do you use for your sexual escapades. Do you like to have thrashing rock playing when you’re breaking headboards or do you prefer soft, gentle sounds? Do you use music for a romantic dinner or is sound of your in-rhythm heartbeats sufficient. What songs/albums/artists would you recommend to others who may be looking for new sounds to use?
