For the two of you who aren’t in line to see Batman this weekend, let’s talk about erotic dancing. Now when I change the channel over to on-demand and then my fitness TV (not so I could actually do exercise, but because it’s on the way to Food Network :-)) I’ve noticed more and more programming is devoted to erotic dancing. Somehow, gyrating across the room can get you toner, flatter abs and a nice set of buns. So, naturally, I began watching one of these workouts. Well I could tell you one thing… I sweated from the program (and I really didn’t move all that much!).
Erotic Dancing has become a new great way to sweat and have fun (gee, I thought sex was for that). So not only can you indulge your partner with moves that would make people think you were a member of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading squad (those girls can move) but it now allows you to exercise parts of your body to get (or stay in) shape. And think of the tips that your partner will leave you to reward your skills.
Healthy and Active sells some products that could make your adventures in erotic dancing fun and fit:
Professional Stripper Pole
Erotic Dancing Pole
Sexy Lingerie
Music to Strip To
So what do you think about erotic dancing? Have you used it for exercise? Do you have room in the house for a stripper pole? Can I come watch? Haha.

Welcome to the first installment of Fetish Friday. It’s here that we can discuss a popular fetish or sexual attraction in our active community. Feel free to share your experiences with the topics discussed here or comment about your pros/cons of it. Not everything is going to be for everyone, but we all can have an open discussion, no?

So let’s talk about chastity. For those who don’t know, chastity is the sexual practice of locking one’s genitals into a device for the purpose of restraint, etc. In “can you break that down?” terms it means that a device is put on you that keeps you from using your sexy parts 100%. For men, that could mean having steel wrapped around your penis so that you couldn’t get a full erection. Women’s chastity is used to keep people from accessing her vagina.
Some enjoy the entrapment appeal. The men that I’ve seen discuss this say that there’s something about not being able to get fully hard or not being able to touch themselves while watching their partner is, in itself, a turn on. So that when they are finally released, it’s like a ‘caged animal’ effect.
Well, grr baby — very grr!
We sell a couple of chastity devices at Healthy and Active. Our partner store Extreme Restraints has a wide variety of devices for both men and women.
But tell me… what’s your opinion about chastity? Do you like having your area locked up and not-so-accessible? What are your opinions?
Please share…
